Returns
Since all our pieces are made to order, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind. All sales are final.
Theft and Loss
Please note that Fleurdepoche is not responsible for theft or loss of parcels. In case of theft or loss of your parcel, we recommend filing a claim with your postal service or the management of your building.
Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your piece arrives damaged, please send an email to fleurdepoche@gmail.com, and a return shipping label will be sent to you, and your piece will be replaced.
