The bags are made-to-order by myself in Paris.

WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF THE BAGS?

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Stripe : you can pay by Cards, Paypal, Google and Apple pay.

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY BAG?

To clean your bag gently hand wash with cold water, a bit of soap then air dry. You can also wash them in the machine. Just make sure it's on a low temperature and the bag has been turned inside out!

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real-time.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS? 

Since all our pieces are made to order, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged please send an email to fleurdepoche@gmail.com a returns shipping label will be sent to you and your piece will be replaced.
